ALL valid returns are accepted within 7-days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Your item must not be used. It must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

• Bedding, food and treats cannot be returned for any reason; unless the item is unusable due to a shipping or manufacturing issue.

• Clothing/collars/harnesses/bandanas; can be returned or exchanged due to size concerns within 7-days as long as the item is not broken, torn, solid, or damaged in any way.

• OTC/ items can be returned if unopened/seal is not broken.

The return will be credited back in the same manner in which it was purchased. If a credit card was used, the same card will be credited back. If purchased with cash, then cash will be given.
